TGC – The All-In-One-Bot does not collect, sell, or share personal information about Discord users.

To provide its features, the Bot may store server-specific configuration such as:

• Ticket system configuration
• Auto Role settings
• Welcome and Leave message settings
• Leveling configuration
• Suggestion system settings
• Member Counter configuration
• Other server settings required for the Bot to function

This information is only stored to operate the features that server administrators enable.

Data Deletion

If TGC – The All-In-One-Bot is removed (kicked) from your Discord server, all data associated with that server is permanently deleted from our database.

Third-Party Services

The Bot may communicate with the Discord API, YouTube API, and Twitch API solely to provide features such as notifications and server management. No personal information is collected or shared beyond what is required for these services to function.
